The staff are NICE and the room is big with a wonderful view. The venue has fantastic and stunning location in the diamante area. Btw, it's set in Costera Acapulco district close to the Mexican market, and the bay on the beach.

As for me, the location was exceptionally nice, just off the beach, the Mexican market, and the major bus line. The staff were helpful and assisted me greatly.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a fine time. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe. The location was exceptionally nice and fantastic - next to the beach on the Costera and the bay on the beach and the Playa Suites.

The room was absolutely perfect and great with a wonderful view included. The hotel has fantastic location really close to the bay on the beach and the major bus line. Dined at Hacienda la Herradura, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

I recently stayed at Playa Suites for a week-long vacation and it exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach and close proximity to everything. The facilities are well-maintained and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The private beach area was a highlight, providing a comfortable and safe environment to relax. The rooms were generally clean, and if you're lucky, you might even get a room with amazing views and all the amenities to ensure your comfort.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the location is probably the best thing about it. With direct beach access, I was able to enjoy the beautiful views and relax on the sand whenever I wanted. The facilities were well-maintained and in working order, giving me no problems at all during my stay. The service provided by the staff was excellent - they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and the rooms themselves were clean and tidy, thanks to the great maid service. As a bonus, the reasonable prices made this hotel even more appealing. I had a wonderful experience with a wonderful view facing the beach.
All was fine, no room for improvement required.
